There is a time when every SharePoint consultant has opportunity to exercise mind control of a customer when it comes to SharePoint features. There are realistic features and there are “Sales” features. Sales features are presented in restaurants, during meals with customer. And SharePoint is presented as all in one solution. I need to be honest, but without those sales guys, SharePoint consultants would be left out of job.
So… we need to help them, educate them, mostly what can’t be done with SharePoint and where are sales pitfalls.
